Shipping policy

1. Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Personalised, custom-made or pre-order items may take longer. Any longer lead times will be shown on the relevant product listing where possible.
2. Delivery areas
We currently ship to UK only (Any International shipping enquiries, please email us)
If we do not ship to your location, you will not be able to complete checkout, or we may contact you if there is an issue with delivery availability.
3. Delivery methods and times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues, weather, peak periods, or events outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
5. Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at wardstoysandbooks@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
6. Lost, delayed or returned parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or returned to us, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate with the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, we may require payment of a further delivery charge before re-dispatching.
7. Damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos where possible and contact us as soon as possible at wardstoysandbooks@gmail.com.
8. Customs, duties and taxes
In the event of any international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
