Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Toys placed on the GB market must comply with applicable toy safety requirements and relevant conformity marking rules.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is not accepted until we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:

  • an item is out of stock

  • the order appears to be for resale where we do not permit that

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
